Sour Coyote (Dark English Mild), Darkstrong (Port barrel aged version), Sour Cherry Porter (Bourbon barrel), Dali's Garage (Spontaneously fermented and Bordeaux barrel aged), Sour Pumkin Death (Bourbon Barrel Aged) and Quinceanera, a blend of the above made exclusively for The Noble Fir.

It's Ellen's 40th Birthday, and she's getting her first tattoo that morning of the Cubs Walking Bear logo. Two Beers Brewing Co. is celebrating with Ellen and Rick at The Noble Fir by releasing a one-off batch of “Walking Bear” Imperial IPA and Ballard Pizza Co. will be delivering a special “Walking Bear” Pizza to The Noble Fir.
